You can ‘favourite’ articles and distribution lists (with News distribution add-on only) you want to refer to by starring them.

You can select your ‘Starred’ folder to include in an ‘Ad-hoc report’ template – this is handy if you’re running a long-term report and just want to include a few key stories.

Starred distribution lists will move to the top of the list and be automatically added when you’re putting out a media release.

Items you’ve starred have a green star on them and are added to your ‘Starred’ folder:

How to add or remove a star

To star an article or distribution list click the star outline at the right-hand side, it will turn green. To remove the star click the green star.
